Portfolio for: Gürgenler Spool & Fittings Manufacturing

I was responsible for conducting the majority of inspection and quality control processes for the many types and shapes of spool and bends fabrication of Gürgenler Company.

My duties included:

• Performing geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) checks during manufacturing to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Measuring and recording data related to the coating phase after the manufacturing process.
• Evaluating the coating using various tests, such as:
  • Dry film thickness (DFT) measurements,
  • Pull-off adhesion tests,
  • Ambient air and surface temperature checks,
  • Salt and salinity tests.

These steps ensured the quality and durability of the steel components met the required technical and coating standards."
