Periodic Inspection of Cranes

I carried out periodic inspections and functional tests of various types of cranes, in accordance with relevant standards such as TS EN 13135, TS EN 15011, and the Regulation on Health and Safety Requirements for the Use of Work Equipment.

Scope of Work:

• Visual inspection for cracks, corrosion, deformations, and loose connections

• Control of load-lifting equipment, hooks, ropes, and brake systems

• Function tests of hoisting, slewing, and traveling mechanisms

• Checking of limit switches, emergency stop, and overload protection systems

• Load testing when required, under safe conditions

• Reporting of inspection results and follow-up on non-conformities

Types of cranes inspected:

• Overhead (bridge) cranes

• Gantry cranes

• Jib cranes

• Mobile cranes

All inspections were conducted by authorized personnel using calibrated equipment.
