Project Duties and Responsibilities

•  Lead Inspector Role: Promoted to Lead Inspector after one year of dedicated and meticulous work, overseeing inspection processes and ensuring compliance with nuclear industry standards.
•  Material and Equipment Inspection: Conduct and supervise detailed inspections of incoming materials and equipment during the manufacturing and coating phases.
•  Coating Inspection: Perform inspections in accordance with AAMP CIP Level 2 standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality requirements.
•  Mechanical and Structural Inspection: Assess material integrity, detect defects, deviations, and non-conformities based on international (EN-ISO) and GOST standards.
•  Non-Conformity and Deviation Reporting: Identify and report non-conformities, issuing Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
•  Quality Management: Oversee quality control processes, documentation, and compliance checks based on international standards.
•  Project Coordination and Team Leadership: Manage inspection activities, collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and engineering teams, and lead cross-functional teams in quality assurance efforts.
•  Occupational Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Coating Inspection: AAMP CIP Level 2 Certified Coating Inspector
• Quality Control & Management: Expertise in inspection, compliance, and auditing based on ISO, EN, and GOST standards
•  Mechanical Inspection: Strong background in evaluating material integrity and structural compliance
•  Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project documentation tools
•  Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Experienced in identifying and resolving technical and operational issues
•  Time Management & Task Planning: Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines
•  Project Coordination & Team Leadership: Leading cross-functional teams, managing inspections, and ensuring quality standards are met
•  Renewable Energy & Nuclear Industry Expertise: Knowledge of industry regulations and quality control processes in the energy sector
