Project: Roketsan Air Tank and Collector (125m³ - 60 Bar)

Successfully contributed to the design, manufacturing, assembly, and quality assurance of high-pressure air storage tanks and collectors for Roketsan, operating at 125m³ capacity and 60 bar pressure.

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities:

✅ Project Planning & Design: Oversaw the engineering and design phase in compliance with TS-EN 13445-3 pressure vessel regulations and standards.

✅ Manufacturing & Fabrication: Supervised the production of high-pressure vessels, including material procurement, cutting, bending, welding, and fit-up stages.

✅ Assembly & Installation: Managed the on-site integration of air tanks, ensuring precise connection of safety and maintenance valve flanges.

✅ Quality Control & Inspection: Conducted material verification, process control, and final acceptance inspections at each stage of production.

✅ Coating & Surface Treatment: Performed thorough coating inspections for all vessels and equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
